Taraxacum officinale dandelion [from Fr. dents de lion]
It's everywhere. You can eat it in salads, make wine from it, and cure illness with it.
It can also be used to make the beer, Fantôme Pissenlit ("wet the bed"), sold by Brasserie Fantôme in Belgium.
Roses
When I grew up if you received roses it was really special. Red, pink or yellow, just special.
I also like lady slipppers, if you are allowed a second choice.
One gardenia for your hair was also great. The two of ou look very happy in the tulips. Love, Nana.
